Content Takedown Policy

Welcome to the Content Takedown Policy for the Oklahoma Forms PDF website. Our commitment to providing a trustworthy and user-friendly platform is unwavering. We recognize the importance of respecting copyright laws and protecting the rights of content owners. In the realm of digital content, it's essential to foster an environment that respects intellectual property. This policy outlines the steps and procedures we follow to address and rectify any concerns regarding copyright infringement.

Report Infringement

If you believe that any content available on the Oklahoma Forms PDF website infringes upon your copyright, you're encouraged to communicate this concern to us without delay. Your report should be directed to our designated Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) contact at dmca@oklahomaformspdf.com. To facilitate a swift and effective resolution, we ask that you provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon, as well as a specific reference to where this content is located on our site. It is imperative that your notification contains sufficient information to allow us to locate the material in question.

Required Information

To process your request efficiently, we require the following information:

  • A precise identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our site, ideally with specific URLs.
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address to enable us to contact you.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notification, it is our policy to remove or disable access to the infringing material. Further, we will promptly notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the content. The Oklahoma Forms PDF team takes all reports of copyright infringement very seriously and commits to investigating each claim thoroughly and promptly.

Counter-Notice

If you, as a content provider, member, or user, believe that the content which was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or you believe you have the requisite copyright permissions or rights from the copyright owner, its agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content in question, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our DMCA contact:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • A description of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside, or if you reside outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Following receipt of a counter-notice that complies with these requirements, the Oklahoma Forms PDF team will replace the removed content or cease disabling access to it in 10 to 14 business days, unless our designated agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the original infringement notice that legal action has been filed against the provider, member, or user.

We take the rights of intellectual property owners very seriously and, as such, we strive to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning copyright and digital content. Protecting the interests of both content creators and users remains a high priority for us. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at dmca@oklahomaformspdf.com.
