Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid infringement notification, it is our policy to remove or disable access to the infringing material. Further, we will promptly notify the content provider, member, or user that we have removed or disabled access to the content. The Oklahoma Forms PDF team takes all reports of copyright infringement very seriously and commits to investigating each claim thoroughly and promptly.

Counter-Notice

If you, as a content provider, member, or user, believe that the content which was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or you believe you have the requisite copyright permissions or rights from the copyright owner, its agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content in question, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our DMCA contact:
